Niagara Falls 420 Expo will feature Licensed Producers. A Licensed Producer, or LP, is a cannabis cultivator, processor or seller that holds a licence issued by Health Canada under the Cannabis Act. Licensed Producers are able to showcase their products and offer samples to attendees. Registrants are required to hold a valid CannSell license and provide proof of current employment at a Licensed Retailer.
